Our Company is registered in both the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) and the Ministry of the Interior for visa support activity. For many years we have provided professional visa support services for many companies all over the world.

As soon as your application form and payment are received, we begin to process your invitation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA). There are two ways to deliver the invitation to you. You should choose either of the options:

Option 1. Since telexcommunication is available in most of the countries, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs can send out the invitation by telex to a Russian consulate directly. In this case we inform you in advance about the reference number of the telex that will arrive at the Consulate.

Option 2. A copy of the original letter of invitation will be sent to you by fax or the original letter of invitation is mailed to you.

Please notice that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs cannot issue simultaneously a telex and the original letter of invitation; therefore, you will not be able to change the options after the procedure has been started.

If you will require some changes it will cause delay in entering Russia and additional payment.

Please, check the list of Consulates that require the original letter of invitation.

We recommend the direct telex confirmation from the MFA to a Consulate for single and double-entry visas, in this case a visa can be issued 1 or 2 days faster. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) issues only the original letters of invitation (not telexes) for multiple-entry visas.

Check the list of Consulates, that do not accept invitations by telex. Some Consulates require the original letters of invitations only. However, most of the Consulates accept fax copies. (See also Restrictions on telex for Russian consulates with unstable telex communication).
